Meet the founder
My name is Bartłomiej Broda, I am the founder of Pogotowie Usług BHP (Emergency Services H&S). For over five years, ensuring workplace safety has been my passion and profession. I have gained experience in the most dynamic and demanding environments, collaborating with industry leaders such as Amazon, FIEGE, and Glovo. This journey has allowed me to learn the specifics and unique challenges of diverse sectors: from FMCG production plants (sweets, snacks, alcohol), through technologically advanced warehouses (pharmaceuticals, tires, e-commerce, ADR), to the unique world of the delivery industry.
One of the key projects in my career that shaped my approach to risk management was the comprehensive conversion of a pharmaceutical warehouse into a facility adapted for storing vaccines in liquid nitrogen. This project, which I oversaw from start to finish, required the implementation of the highest, uncompromising safety standards.
Additionally, for over a year, I have been actively collaborating with companies in seven other countries (including Ukraine, Romania, Serbia, and Bulgaria). This international experience gives me a unique, broader perspective on regulations and allows me to implement global, proven solutions tailored to the Polish realities.
